Return and Refund Policy — Cautio

We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That's why, in addition to your legal rights, we offer a clear return policy.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without needing to provide justification. To exercise this right, email us at equipocautio@gmail.com with your order number. We will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive your notice, once we have received the product or proof of its return.

Hygiene Exception
For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.

Extended Commercial Warranty (30 days)
In addition to the legal right, at Cautio we give you 30 days from receipt to return the product if it doesn't meet your expectations, provided it is in adequate condition.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at equipocautio@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will cover replacement or return costs in cases where legally applicable.

How to Process a Return
Email us at equipocautio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will let you know the next steps. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
