1. Identification of the Owner
This website and online store (the "Services") are owned by Cautio, with registered address in Spain (hereinafter, "Cautio"). Contact: equipocautio@gmail.com.

2. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms govern access to, browsing of, and the purchase of products through the Services. By placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and you expressly accept these Terms.

3. Products
Cautio sells cosmetic products. Images and descriptions are for reference only and slight variations may exist compared to the product received. Cosmetic products have no therapeutic purpose and do not replace any medical treatment. If in doubt or in the case of skin conditions, consult a healthcare professional.

4. Availability
If, after placing an order, a product is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and you may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order for a refund of the amount paid.

5. Prices and Taxes
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

6. Purchase Process
Add products to your cart and follow the steps in the checkout process. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as proof of purchase and finalizes the contract.

7. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods indicated during checkout (credit/debit card and, where applicable, Shop Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay). Payments are processed securely; Cautio does not store your full card details.

8. Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship to mainland Spain within an estimated 24-48 business hours from order confirmation, barring circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates. Shipping costs and coverage areas are detailed during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

9. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The conditions are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. Unsealed cosmetic products are excluded for hygiene reasons.

10. Warranty
All products come with the legal warranty of conformity. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at equipocautio@gmail.com.

11. Liability
Cautio will not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or use contrary to their instructions, nor for interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (text, images, logos, design, and the "Cautio" brand) is protected and owned by Cautio or its licensors. Reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

13. Data Protection
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Modifications
Cautio may modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version will be the one published at the time the order is placed.
